India offers several scholarships annually to Sudan nationals
under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme.
These short-to-medium term scholarships are fully funded by the
Government of India and administered by the TC Division of the
Ministry of External Affairs. The world-class courses include
Information Technology, English, Management, Criminology, Small
and Medium Industries, Pharmacology, Rural Development, Mass
Communications, Standardization, Empowerment of Women, Total
Quality Management, Water Resources Management etc.
